Scott is a seasoned data center investment professional, with over a decade of experience and approximately $2 billion in transaction volume across the data center sector. He brings extensive experience across the full investment lifecycle—including originations, equity and debt financing, asset management, and dispositions. 

With deep industry knowledge and a wide network of relationships, Scott excels at sourcing and executing high-quality investment opportunities. His blend of technical expertise, financial insight, and leadership makes him a trusted partner in navigating the complexities of the data center landscape.

Scott holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and an Engineering Science and Mechanics degree from the Penn State University Schreyer Honors College.
